Matt Cutts: The PageRank is still important

In one of his many video's Matt Cutts can now announced that the PageRank still has relevance in the assessment of the search engine rankings on Google.
It has betrayed the Google employee in connection with a question about the ranking of videos in the index. He said that Google still pay attention to valid links and the PageRank.
"What are the factors a video in the Universal affect results in Google? I have the same video, one on Youtube with many views, comments and ratings, but the other is with a few views and no comments the one that climbs, how come? "
